Extentia is proud to be a member of the Salesforce PDO Partner Advisory Board for 2022/23. It is an honour and privilege to collaborate with the AppExchange Partner Program Team. Extentia would like to express our gratitude for the recognition of the value and expertise that PDOs bring to the table. As members of the PDO Partner Advisory Board, we are always eager to participate and share our perspective and insights on Salesforce initiatives and jointly create long-term success strategies for ISVs.
Binu, VP of Extentia’s Salesforce Practice along with select PDO Navigators across the globe were invited to attend the first PDO Partner Advisory Board Meeting all the way in New York City! It was an exciting trip with well-organized, exclusive events scheduled by Salesforce, where safety precautions were taken, and health was prioritized.
The first item on the agenda was the AppExchange partner networking dinner. It was an opportunity to meet and greet with PDO Navigators and key members of the Salesforce AppExchange Partner Program Team who welcomed the PDO Partner Advisory Board with much warmth and Salesforce’s signature hospitality.
What a delightful evening meeting old friends and making new ones while discussing thoughts, ideas, and experiences in the Salesforce ecosystem, in the company of some of the most brilliant innovators of the community. It was great to connect with the Salesforce Ohana, in person, after such a long time!
While in NYC, Binu also took the opportunity to meet with our Salesforce ISV customers. Our friend Larry, Founder at Silver Fox Software, set the tone for discussions on a plethora of interesting topics. Extentia and Silver Fox Software are long-term partners and together we bring a path-breaking Express Console solution to the Salesforce AppExchange, a full-fledged, seamless Opportunity management, and sales enablement solution.
Binu also had the opportunity to meet with another AppExchange ISV partner, Lorenzo Benazzo, from Clientela Inc. Extentia’s team works alongside Clientela Inc’s team to improve productivity by creating a seamless experience for customers through an intuitive Customer Data Platform, available on the AppExchange.
A trip to New York would be incomplete without a visit to Times Square, one of the busiest and liveliest places in the city, where Binu had a lovely, fun-filled evening with Jaya, VP of Delivery at Extentia who visited from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. What a great idea to catch-up and explore the famous landmark together!
Binu’s participation in the kick-off meeting for the Salesforce PDO Partner Advisory Board, the engaging discussions on interesting case studies, and the constructive feedback on current and upcoming Salesforce initiatives were the first of many conversations.
We hope our contributions as a member of the Partner Advisory Board help to create a positive impact for ISVs. We will continue to contribute to the AppExchange Partner Program with a focus on influencing strategic initiatives, finding creative solutions to challenges faced by ISVs, and releasing ISVs solutions on the AppExchange quickly and efficiently!
We look forward to connecting with the Salesforce AppExchange Partner Program Team and other PDO Navigators regularly, to build new relationships and engage in further conversation to help improve and enhance the ISV experience.
