Must have

Over 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud, including both V1 (C4C) and V2, with a deep understanding of the functionalities and configuration of these platforms.
Strong integration experience between SAP Sales and Service Cloud and other SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, CPQ, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
Proven ability to work with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for custom extensions and integrations across various cloud and on-premise systems.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, its integration with SAP Sales and Service Cloud, and familiarity with its capabilities in the context of Sales and Service processes.
Experience in implementing and customizing SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions integrated with SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with SAP's BTP tools and technologies for building extensions and integrations, especially for cloud-based applications.
